Real estate firm Premier Sotheby’s International Realty has added a team of advisors to its Florida and North Carolina sales galleries, expanding its footprint in the Southeast. The new representatives include Romulo Aguiar in Orlando, Jennifer August-Ruiz in Seminole, Christy Bryant in Asheville, and Kathryn Burdick in Lake Norman. The list continues with Carine Garcon and Nanci Lewis in Bonita Springs, Melinda Meade-White in Lake Norman, Alexis Nassif in Winter Park, and Jude and Sarah Paul in Bonita Springs. The roster is further bolstered by the addition of Adria Scott to the Bonita Springs team, bringing the total number of new affiliations to twenty individuals.

Expanding Local Presence

The brokerage has also added Melissa Ponce to its Southwest Orlando location, Jesse Shepherd to Asheville, Laura Smith to Blowing Rock, Riley Spangler to Lakewood Ranch, and Kimberly Vulpis to St. Petersburg. Lucy Zavarce-Silva joins the firm in Tampa. The company states that these agents bring “exceptional expertise” and a “profound understanding of their local markets” to the organization. Headquartered in Naples, Florida, Premier Sotheby’s International Realty operates with over 1,200 advisors across 40 locations. The firm benefits from an association with the Sotheby’s auction house, established in 1744. Founded by The Lutgert Companies, a local business group since 1964, the brokerage relies on Peerage Realty Partners for its operations. Sotheby’s is a historic auction house that lends the brand prestige to the real estate network, connecting high-end property sales with the tradition of fine art and luxury auctions.

While the announcement focuses on the personal relationships these advisors build with clients, the move also strengthens the firm’s operational capacity in high-volume markets. The brokerage’s growth strategy relies heavily on integrating experienced agents who already have established networks of past clients. This approach allows the company to absorb new listings and serve a larger volume of transactions without the long-term recruitment and training costs associated with bringing in inexperienced agents from scratch. The infusion of talent into key hubs ensures that the firm can maintain a robust market presence during peak selling seasons.
