The Arizona Cardinals are planning renovations for State Farm Stadium that will include new luxury seating options for fans, the team announced Monday.
The options include field boxes and casitas behind the end zone near the home locker room. The Cardinals released photos and a video with renderings of the renovations.

State Farm Stadium, which ranked 17th in The Athletic‘s NFL Stadium rankings last season, opened in 2006. The venue features a retractable roof as well as a retractable grass playing field that rolls into the arena on game days.
The venue has also hosted three Super Bowls, including the Super Bowl LVII matchup between the Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles, is the annual host for the Fiesta Bowl and will host the NCAA Men’s Final Four later this month.
The stadium’s old turf made headlines following Super Bowl LVII after several Chiefs and Eagles players complained about the condition of the field with then-Kansas City defensive end Frank Clark calling the field conditions “kind of terrible.” Several players slipped during the game.

The sod used during that game, Tahoma 31, was brought in specifically for the Super Bowl. State Farm Stadium’s website lists the field is comprised of Tifway 419 grass now.
Arizona enters this upcoming season with a healthy Kyler Murray at quarterback and is hopeful having him back will help the franchise rebound from consecutive 4-13 seasons.
Murray started eight games last season after recovering from an ACL injury he suffered in 2022 and led the team to a 3-5 record in those games.
